No. University policy states payment of the application fee cannot be waived or postponed. Payment of your application fee must be made on-line in order for your application to be submitted. When you have completed the application and are ready to send it, click "Submit" at the bottom of the last page. This saves your data in its final form and takes you to the payment page where you pay your application fee online. Your application is not sent to The Ohio State University until you pay your application fee and it is authorized.On the payment page, you can pay your application fee by debit/credit card or electronic check (US bank accounts only). If you are paying by debit or credit card, provide all information including the complete credit card number, expiration date, and card billing information. For payments to be processed, please carefully verify the billing address entered is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, then click "Submit". Payment by electronic check is available online to those with U.S. bank accounts only. Do not send a paper check or credit card information by mail when applying online.
With the exception of some Fisher College of Business programs, the Graduate School application fee is US$60 for US citizens, permanent residents or asylees, and US$70 for International students. The fee is paid by credit card or e-check at the time an applicant submits the online application. Payment should not be sent separately to the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions.
